ratsnets is operated by Paweł Woźny, a sole trader registered in Poland (NIP 1990125786, REGON 387881549), registered address ul. Sosnowa 20D, 44-203 Rybnik, Poland ("I," "me," or "my"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

2. What This Site Is

This site shows information and indicative catalog pricing for ratsnets products. Submitting the quote-request form is a request for a quote, not a purchase — no payment is taken and no contract is formed on this site. Any resulting order, its final price, and delivery terms are agreed separately, by direct correspondence.

3. Pricing

Prices shown are net (excl. VAT) and indicative. I reserve the right to change them at any time; a change never affects a quote already agreed with you in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is my property or that of my licensors, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without my express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any dispute not resolved directly may be brought before the competent Polish courts, or, if you are a consumer, before the courts of your own country of residence where EU law grants you that choice.
