1. Who I Am

ratsnets is operated by Paweł Woźny, a sole trader registered in Poland ("I," "me," or "my"). I am the data controller for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information I Collect

I collect information you provide directly when you:

• Submit a quote request (company name, your name, email address, and any notes or items you've added)
• Contact me by email

A quote request you're building — the products and quantities you've added — is held only in your browser's local storage until you submit it. It is never sent to me, and I have no access to it, until you click "Send quote request." Nothing is saved if you close the tab first.

I also collect limited, cookieless analytics (page visited, referrer, approximate location, device/browser type) via Cloudflare Web Analytics — see "Cookies" below.

3. How I Use Your Information, and On What Basis

• Respond to your quote request and any follow-up correspondence (necessary to take steps at your request, prior to a contract)
• Keep records of business correspondence and, where a sale results, accounting/tax records (legal obligation)
• Understand aggregate site traffic and improve the site (legitimate interest)
• Detect and prevent spam/abuse (legitimate interest)

I do not use your information for advertising, and I do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

I share your information only with the service providers needed to run the site, and only to the extent necessary:

• Resend: delivers the quote-request email to my inbox
• Cloudflare: hosting (Workers), the quote-request form (Pages Functions), email delivery/routing, and Web Analytics (cookieless, see "Cookies")
• Legal authorities: when required by law

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. Data Retention

I keep quote-request correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and, if it leads to a sale, for as long as required by Polish tax law thereafter. You can ask me to delete earlier correspondence at any time — see "Your Rights" below.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to:

• Access a copy of your personal data
• Rectification of inaccurate data
• Erasure of your data (subject to my legal obligations, e.g. tax records)
• Restriction of how I use your data in certain circumstances
• Portability of your data, in a machine-readable format
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest

7. Cookies

This site uses no cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless — it sets no tracking cookie or persistent identifier. Your quote draft is stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and stays on your device until you submit or clear it.

8. Data Security

I use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on the systems that run the site.

9. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. I'll post the new policy here and update the "Last updated" date.
